We can perform the Validation of Autoclaves to meet requirements of EN285, EN554, HTM2010 and cGMP guidelines – we are sub-contracted by 2 major Autoclave manufacturers to carry out these studies on their behalf!

Our engineers are City & Guild Certified and GMP trained.

Capabilities (on and off site):

• – Temperature from -196 (LN2) to +300’C. We use the Jofra ATC-125 which can calibrate temperature sensors as low     as -90’C and the KAYE HTR400 which operates up to 400’C
• – Multiple points in ovens, incubators, refrigeration, autoclaves, cold rooms, Liquid nitrogen vessels, blood banks +    more

• – CO2 at fixed points: 0%, 5%, 10% and 20%
• – RH at any point between 5 and 95% (at any temperature between 0 and 60’C)
